2.3 Course Enrollment and Conduct

When enrolling in a course at Zenith Academy, you agree to abide by the specific guidelines and rules set forth by the instructor and Zenith Academy. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Attending scheduled lectures and participating actively in class discussions.
  • Completing all assignments and assessments to the best of your ability.
  • Respecting the intellectual property of the instructor and other students.
  • Refraining from any form of plagiarism or academic dishonesty.
  • Maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions with instructors and fellow students.

Zenith Academy reserves the right to remove any student from a course for violation of these conduct guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

The Site and Services, including but not limited to all content, software, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Zenith Academy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Site or Services.

3.2 Use of Content

You may access and use the content on the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content without our prior written consent, except as follows:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zenith Academy, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or Services, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Site.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site and Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site and Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

8. Termination

Zenith Academy may terminate your access to the Site and Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site and Services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
